XP fouling plugs

Seen posts on here earlier about XP's with shorted hand warmers fouling plugs. Hand warmers have been fixed and plugs still fouling. Sled seems to be running fine, then turned off and plug or plugs are fouled when restarted also, they have fouled after coming down a hill. Any body have a thought or experience with this problem. My wife's sled with 450 mi. has went through 6 plugs. Mine has fouled several plugs also during the 1600 mi. I have put on it. ---Ken---
Someone help me out, please!

Check to see if the red-blue wire, (hot wire) to your dpm has shorted on the fastener below it.......It is to the inside and behind your silencer. When this happens it causes you to go to full rich.......Two dobs of silicone, one on wire, and one on fastener to keep wire from rubiing it again will fix it.

Mine did not look like a short at all......My dealer had told me to check it when he found the problem but I forgot....It showed only a very small dark spot where it had shorted. You can just look and see if the wire is down on the fastener, and if it is just raise it up and start it. Good luck

did you fix em ken? called all coasty peeps no one is having the problem. must be all that corn fuel you easterners use. eddie.

Champions might help!!

I just check mine and they had a bit of build up on them. Not very clean. I ran Champion RN2C or 8902 plugs in my old Rev cause I ran it fat due to the head and the mods. They are a straight across equivalent, but I found they ran slightly hotter and therefore reduced fouling significantly. I just put them in and pulled the BR9ECS out. I'm riding this weekend I'll report back on how they worked.. I also put in flowrites in the back of my airbox, was bogging...
