XP carb Question

There is an electrical pluggin on the end of the carb that looks like it tells the computer the throttle position. If so, what does it control?

Yes, that is your throttle position sensor. Don't touch the stop screw as it can only be "zeroed" by a dealer.

ya its a tps, and it just tells the computer how much the throttle is open so it can change the ignition timing and e-rave valves and such. but the other guy is right DO NOT toch it, dont take it off or lossen it at all. i work at a ski-doo dealership as a tech and ive seen people replace it and not calibrating so the computer said it was open 20% at idle (this is after he broght it in for a piton letting go) the computer would advance the timing causeing a **** load of detonation making a hole in the center of the piston.
