xp bog

I've also had this problem and is not due to clutching as i have cleaned them regularly. Any suggestions would be helpful. This also happened to some extent on my 07 rev.

Get this, had similar issue but this was when climbing or riding in general. Checked clickers plugs everything I could think of. All three rollers in the clutch had lost the bushings and one had completely seized up. Only 650 mile on the sled.

I have 700 km on my 800 154 and just had the bushings replaced on the primary(rollers were fine). The rpm were either too low or too high because bushings were sticking. I am still not happy with the clutching. the rpm start off at 8450 and after 1/4 mile wot they slowly drop off to about 7800. local dealer says that they havn't had this problem with anyone else's sled. I am running the 377 belt now (200 km ) but I blew 5 of the 166 belts. I have 12mm pin weights and purple black primary spring and quick clickers. My wife's stock 03 700 rmk can pass me in 3' of snow at 70 mph and my sled won' go any faster than 60mph. I can climb twice as high as her rmk in the hills but it sucks getting passed by a 5 year old sled that is 100 cc's smaller in a Field with the rpm at 7800.
