i ride mostly 6-9 thousand feet and wanted to have some input on what people are doing to thier xp's. As all of you im sure, i have the itch to go riding and have been looking at all the sites for mod idea's. i have taken the airbox out and built my own version of the timbersled intake by using k&n pods and pre-fiters, hps can, just put my new cpi pipe on yesterday, geared down to a 19t, and added a heavier spring and pin weights...Whats next???

go to the XP mountain segment and do some searching
lots of good info there

I've heard good things about the drop brackets and the two wheel kits. Depending upon how much you weigh, I would consider upgrading the rear skid with different shocks/spring.

vents vents vents!!!! 2coolairvents.com might be the sight, there stuff is really top notch as well

drop backets and two wheel from smitty on dootalk. good guy to deal with ,great prices, and top notch stuff.

the drop bracket and the two wheel kit arent even 200 for the pair, the might be right around 200 if you get them anodized.

the drops should make it handle even better off the trail in that deep goodness. and the two wheel kit drops a few pounds, kicks a little more snow on the coolers and helps sidehilling if you run your track on the looser side.

OH, and port your track, its free. and it definately has some benefits, kicks more snow on the coolers, at least on mine it did, theoretically helps the track flex a little. and it gets rid of all the snow in the skid when powder riding, meaning your not dragging around 50+ pounds of snow in the rear suspension

First things first.

Call DJ for his clutching (first step on any stock sled). Then get that heat out from under the hood with venting (also for any sled). Keep everything hooked up and cool. http://www.jcscustomvents.com/
It doesn't matter how many ponies you have if they don't get to the snow.

thanks for the tips, i just signed up on dootalk last week, really helpful info on there, i weight 165 so i dont bottom out to much but those drop brackets sound like a good buy, i know alot of people have been switching to team secondary's, but i'd like to hear some pros and cons on them. how about Y pipes and heads? are they really worth the $350

RKT will definately make you a little more power, and she will run WAY cooler, y-pipe, just get the stock one ceramiced, or paint it black with stove paint.
