xp 1000 sdi

Tru enuff... they need to pull a few rabbits out the hat to get the faith back. The made a sweet sled , hope they can make it reliable. Now , who figures a 1000 might be comin????:beer;

xp1000--I hope

:DBRP will not be doing a 4 stroker untill forced too--at this time that will be 2010 as they already pass emissions with their carbed units--then they will inject the 800's finally.

As for a XP1000--I have heard rumors of one coming--If so I would be signed on for it--I love my 1000 except the diet it needs to go on--With the right clutching it is a awesome power motor--arm stretching in fact--all it needs is a diet of about 80 to 100 lbs.
The 888 kit would be awesome--but for me--that would be after the warrenty is gone on the new XP--and not a second before.

H20SKE...

Yeah that will be a reliable sled :rolleyes:

How can the XP get any less reliable? My buddy has the 888 kit in his '08 X with no issues at all and he hammers on it non stop. So do you have any real facts behind this combination that could back up your statement, or are you just an XP basher because the sled kicks *** and you wish you had bought one?

** Edit, just saw you have the 1000 rt, it all makes sense now.

Well look what happened with the first one they had. I think BRP should focus on making the **** they have out right now work properly.

I'm confused. First statement you say they should focus on what they already have work properly and then the next statement is the XP kicks ***.

The xp does kick ***. I've never ridden anything like it. BUT, it does have its issues. And even though this sled has alot of problems, that really arent huge inconveniences (sp?) because brp is paying for all the fixes , i still wouldnt buy any other sled on the market, period. They're really onto something with this new sled, they just need to perfect it and im sure next season they will have the bugs worked out and once again, be on top of the market for mountain sleds.
