WTT offset axle and need rails

Hello I have a Rev 10inch offset axle and would like to trade it for a 8inch offset axle, I purchased an offset axle which I was told was for 8inch wheels that I also received at the same time, after installing I noticed the axle was actually for 10inch wheels (after a bunch of measuring) so the 8inch wheels I had on it were not setting flush with the bottom of the rails anyway if anyone is interested I would trade straight across just we each pay shipping each way.

let me know if you are interested and you e-mail and we can swap pics.

I am also lookin to purchase a set of 159 Rev rails my sled had extensions from 144-159 and I would rather have correct length rails

let me know what you have and shipping to clarkston wa, 99403

Thanks, Darren

Darren, this has nothing to do with what your asking for, but I've been wondering for quite some time what is the perpose of flipping the front shocks upside down?

Hello Cubby,

The word on flippin the shocks upside down is supposed to put the heavier mass or the shock body mounted to the Nun or framework of the sled and less mass or weight for the control arm to move its suposed to make the shock work more efficiently, and free up some weight movement of the control arm,

I read in a Snowtech magazine once when someone replied and asked the magazine why they have seen new XP chassis`s with the shock mounted this way that they notice on the Dealership floor and that was also the answer from the magazine its self,

I did it mostly cause I read and seen alot of newer skidoo with flipped shocks.
I really don`t notice any difference in ride quality the reasoning makes sence to me I guess what I am saying is I`m keepin mine flipped cause it hasn`t taken away from ride and performance that I have noticed.

hope this helps, Wildcard

Anyone out there with the rails I`m lookin for, I don`t really want to spend the coin for Iceage rails even tho that would be a cool mod.

If I remember right the 07's had sc5 and the 04 had sc3 rear suspension so you might want to look in to it a little more. Pretty sure you could throw the whole thing in there.
