I have a 11 pro with a red hood and would like a white hood or navy blue but they are $600.00 for the painted hoods. Is it worth trying to paint it? (I do have some panting experience) but its still a long process. Do you think anyone would trade? or should I just paint the side panels white and leave the red hood?

White Plasti Dip, as long as a flat white is Ok. I have been using the stuff for a long time and love it. Plus if you dont like just peel off.

Where do you get it. How much is it?
Not sure what auto stores you have around you. Napa, Car Quest and so on. You can also buy it from dipyourcar.com. I buy the cans for around $6-$9 depending on where I get it. There is lots of vids on YouTube about laying it down. I spray it about 6" to 10" away to make a flat look. Once it is dry it lays flat and looks awesome. I use a heat gun on it real quick between coats but is not required. The more layers the better. Just as a idea I usually use 2 cans per vehicle wheel.
