You could try tracksusa.com for extensions, or buy 136-144 extensions and more the skid back 3.5 inchs and impove your approach angle.
I had a hard time finding a 151 myself so I put a 3.0 pitch 153 M series Cat track on mine, they are pretty plentyfull track but the spendy part is you have to buy Wahl bros drivers that are 7th 3.0 pitch, for the 1 1/4 shaft which are kinda spendy, I did this on mine and still see 153,162 tracks this pitch for sale alot. whether you extend by extension or moving the skid also, you will still have to move the skid 1 more extra inch back to take up the slack from the 151 to 153 difference. sounds like alot but easier to find a track later, lots of people taking these off to put that newer cat Powerclaw track on. you could also put that one on too.
