you do know the 583 and 670 clutches do not interchange, diff taper and the gov. cup on the 583 is solid mounted vs the 670 has the vibration dampner built into it. the 95 670 clutch is also different from 96-99 versions, they will fit each other but the 96-99 is much better built, the 95's were known to fly apart as the vibration dapmner was bolted in place instead of solid rivets

The clutch I bought is off a 670 and has the vibration dampener riveted on with solid rivets. It fits and runs on the hill great once I changed the guts from mine to it.
