wtb press check valve

I'm trying to find out where I can get a press check valve that goes in the crank case right below the throttle body. Does anyone know where I can find on on either the internet or around the seattle area? Thanks

do you mean the little brass nipples that oil the connecting rod? if so mine where damaged when i dropped a skirt. i ended up having to buy used cases and pulling them out and putting them into my new old cases. i couldn't find any part numbers for em.

Ya that little 90 degree brass oil fitting is not available there is not even a part number. And they do come out of the block often I was in the U.P in january and noticed it hanging out while checking over my sled after a couple days of riding. went to the polaris dealer asked about the part and talked with the mechanic said to clean the end of the fitting good put J.B Weld on it and push it back in. He said thats what they do so i did it and it worked and still no problems yet. If I lost that fitting I would go to the autoparts store or home depot try to get a fitting close in size on both ends the end that goes into the block is not long at all and has a little flare to it and is not really a snug fit.hope this helps good luck.

found the part

I actually did find the part number. I did some searching on the internet and actually came across the part number. The number is 7051021 and it is called just that 90 degree check valve. They are actually used in sleds all the way upto 2012. So I knew they had to make them because they can go bad. The mechanic at the shop here told me the same thing but I did some searching and found it. Thanks for the replies.

Can`t find 7051021

Hey, where did you find the info on the 90deg oil injector check valve, I looked up the part number 7051021, and could not find anything.
Im having a oilling problem and I think it`s one of my 90deg check valves.

Thanks Mike.

Hey sorry the part number is 7051020 got the last number wrong. These are the fitings that go into the crank case that are under the throttle body with little 1/8" hoses. hope that helps you out.

interesting i did a search and if you look in the 05 700 crank cases they show up.. but in the 05 900 no listing.... it looks like it might be right but its a black and white picture. if it does work for someone, they should post a pic and confirm for future reference.

it is the correct one

It is the right one I put the new one in last week. Just have to pull the old one out and how I did that is got a pair of vise grips put them on tight and used a pry bar to get it out and then hooked up the line placed the new one in and used a brass punch to set it in tight.
