WTB: Polaris 990cc top end

I'm looking for 990cc (or bigger) top end for Polaris big block with 76 mm stroke. Let me know if you have just the cylinders, pistons or head for this application. Damaged cylinders are fine too. No matter for the manufacturer.

Sounds like you're looking for a PSI cylinder. I know there are a bunch floating around out there.

turbotater MIGHT be able to get you a lead on one.

I sent a pair of 925 PSI jugs (non ev) out to be bored to a 990 today.
They have to come back for porting before I have them coated and the head has to be machined for the larger bore.
I also have the 91mm pistons for the PSI jugs and have more on order.

I have a pair of 925 cylinders, heads, and good pistons ( non-ves)

If I'm not mistaken psi opened up the transfers a little on their 825 and 925conversions Turbotater could verify this. I believe some work would have to be done for the 925 jugs to match the case. Unless of course this was a psi conversion!

Wayde had some 860 big bore cyls a couple years ago (when we removed my PSI 1155 and set up the 800 that I have in there now), but he wouldn't give them too me. LOL

I'm always up for more hp if I can find a way to barter for it.

JUST A SPARE 925 HAS ONE BAD ROD BRG DONT THINK IT HURT THE ROD NEEDS PISTONS AND HEAD ,WAYDE HAS THE HEAD...so its cases ,crank,exh valve cyls,clutch bolt ,make offer...there just sitten here..

have a full 975 carls cycle kit off my 900 polaris. fresh rebuild with about 300 miles on it since. 1800 on the motor. I will sell the jugs, pistons, rings, pins, head. all youll need is to get a 900 ecu mail it carls and have them flash it for you. $800 firm
