I have a set of '06 600 mod HO cylinders, great condition, pulled them off for a 660 kit. Heck I've still got the pistons too, I put 500-600 miles on this and it was brand new, 0 miles when I bought it. I think I lost one of the wristpin clips but I'd have to look. If you are interested I can take pics. I also have a set of the carbs you're looking for off this motor as well, from the mod motor but I dont think there's really any different between them and the stock ones. $300 a piece for the cylinders and $250 for the carbs.
