WTB:Offset axle 1". 8"s to 9" wheels

Looking for a offset axle that would take me from 8" to 9" wheels. I have Ice Age rails already designed for 8"s but would like to get 9"s and try and pick up a track slack. Would be interested in used or new. This is for a Polaris, but I know some offset axle's are universal. Ohh looking for 2 inside wheel setup.
