Same problem on my 08 M1000 too bad Arctic cat won't warranty their crap or provide parts for it. I have done quite a bit of research and have found that my best option is to purchase a billet spider from Supreme Tool and replace the spider in the Arctic Cat clutch. You can also purchase a replacement spider from Arctic Cat but I think you will just be replacing the whole thing again in a year. If you find a better option please let me know as I have not ordered my new spider yet.
