Those of you running scram600's adjustable setback should consider using a similar as the above steel insert and longer 6mm bolts in the machined groove in your fork brace.

Just unbolt the straight one you got, draw it on CAD and move the ski pivot 100mm back, make it look like the stock and you'll end up with pretty much the same part as the set back ski adapter. Quite an easy & interesting thing to make actually if you've got CNC machine or a guy could probably try water jet and redrill the holes to proper size afterwards on a milling machine !

I once asked a machinest about the mounts, both are sliced off like bread in a loaf he pointed out. Others have milled their own from billet.

I had originally wanted to try and make my own, but I figured I would never take the time to get it done. For some reason I thought I could build one without a CNC machine, not sure where I got that idea...

Scram´s adjustable looks intresting. Maybe i´l try to make one of those.
I got a cnc now so it would not be so hard to make, if i just could figure out how the adjustment works. The pic I got doesnt show it wery well
I hope Scram doesnt mind me stealing his design

About my 440 plans. I still want to do it but it´s gonna take some time. I´ve got all the info i need thanks to you guys. I let you know when the build starts.
