WTB 2011 Pro 163

Hi guys, I am looking to buy a slightly used or even new pro 163. I would like to do the deal in Great Falls or Kalispell areas. Any help or advice appreciated. Please reply via pm. Thanks for looking

Still LOOKING

Next week the 12 details will be out... I still havent found the right deal yet. Anyone wanting to trade on a 12 will do a better deal here. Thanks for looking again:D

Holy!

This is harder than i thought it would be! I didnt think, standing with 10 grand in my hand, that i would not be able to find someone to take it:face-icon-small-dis

I figured it would be tough for a 163, there wasnt that many ordered to begin with, and they work so good its hard to let one go....I am debateing trading mine in at the end of the season on a 12..but so far it looks like BNG is about all they are offering..so most likely I will keep mine(just so you know, anyone who snowchecked can make their best deal on a tradin for anything polaris, and then receive a 1500 cash back check from polaris)..which might make it even harder to get a 11...

I re-did my search using 2011 as my key words....LOTS of Pros for sale in there. I bet you'll find the one you want. :)

Thanks But...

Thanks Scott. I guess its just me being fussy... First one is a fleet sled with only this yrs warranty(no second yr can be purchased). Second the bank owns and wont release the title or bill of sale untill recieving wired funds, and i wont send funds without seeing sled in person( need bos and title 3 days in advance of importing at border) The third Has too many mods and is more than i want to spend. Fourth dosent show me anything just message from administrator. Fifth and sixth the guys dont want to drive to meet me. So thanks to all you guys for trying. I was on ksl too and left msgs for guys with no one returning my calls.:face-icon-small-sho

Was in Kurt's (in Kalispell) today, and asked about demos F/S.
It sounds like some have sold, but may not be top priority to move them... Thats the feel I got. So didn't push the topic further.

Your results may vary however, depending on who you talk to. I wasn't really going in to buy a sled though either. I was more interested in seeing how the under seat bag worked/fit. And now I know you can snug a fuel can up against he seat supports and still access the bag!

Anyway, got off topic.

I've been seeing a lot of 11's selling on here lately...but I bet more show up once the 12s (cat's and poo's) are announced officially.

Yeah, I hear ya. Keep shopping. It will pop up.

You been by Kurt's Pol yet?

Yes, I have been in touch with them. Asked if they had or even knew of anything. No luck there either. I thought maybe their customers might have expressed interest in trading but I guess they will only be snow checking to new customers this year:face-icon-small-win

Ride Report

So I got a chance to run this thing in the mtns. It was my first ride on any pro style sled. The conditions were sunny and untouched fresh powder maybe 18" on top 3 ft plus from week before. I must admit its the best stock polaris i ever rode. I noticed on the whoops on the trail it was really stiff so I turned the front shocks down and the rear track shock down too. That seemed to help with te stiff ride. Then I noiticed the track was really sagged when full of snow. As well I lost one of the front lower spring retainers and the other front spring was cocked off. So is it me or do these things seem really stiffly sprung? I am not impressed with how it turns slowly either. In that respect i could tell it was a polaris even if i was blindfolded! The xps i rode went WHERE EVER you turned the skiis ant ANY speed. Not this thing. Unless I was under power and countersteering it would still plow snow with the skiis! Has anybody else notcied this? Maybe my set up is really bad? The guy that owned it before me mentioned something about letting the limmiter strap way out??? I wonder if this is my gremlin? Comments please! Thanks

The 3 Pros that I rode went right where you pointed them. They didn't push, pull or do anything besides track on a rail.
I'm thinking you have some rear skid suspension tuning to do.
