I have a 2004 800 that I built up as a spare.
Re nik'd cyclinders, new polaris OEM pistons, rebuilt crank (all OEM) with the 48 mm wide PTO bearing, new seals and gaskets.
It's got everything but reeds and carbs to run. 2004 had DET and PERC.
Never been started.

I've got one out of an 02...solid running 800. Parting it out cuz the tunnel was bent. $1400 shipped.
I've got a complete 2003 with SLP Performance Package porting/cyl head/case porting.

I figured I was going to get a lot of responses with 800 engines. I guess he would rather put a 700 back in though. Thanks guys.
