A friend just got into sledding after listening to us for years brag how fun it is, just bought a low mileage 2003 vertical escape 800 in very nice condition for a first sled and started riding.
4th ride out and still very timid, he loses his crank on the PTO side. Good thing he was low speed at the time so no clutch damage or sled damage.
Any help for this guy out there? I feel so bad we weeded out a lot of sleds untill this super clean one came up and he bought it. went a hundred KM's and bang. Says his season's over he's so bummed out. I gotta help him out here somehow.
