SO I am still having the issue with the throttle cutting out at 7800 rpms, I brought it in to a different dealer who has snow near by so they could test it and they cannot find anything wrong with it either. They said all they can do now is take a few shots in the dark. The first one would be to try a new wire harness to see if that fixes it. The wire harness new is $500 plus labor..........So I am wondering if anyone has a used 1 to sell or even anyone is located in Colorado and has an old Crossfire 800 and they would be willing to let the dealer test their harness in my machine to see if it fixes the problem. I do not mind buying a new one if it fixes the problem but I do not want to just throw money at the c machine hoping it fixes it.
This new dealer also said he would be very surprised if my motor servo was actually not working if I had no codes, so the other dealer that said that was the problem and charged me $600 to fix it might have not known what the hell they were doing..
