WSSA EXPO AND SWAP MEET THIS WEEKEND

I know just about everyone on the planet knows this but please spread the word around about the expo this weekend, we're trying to get as many people as we can to come, We've been getting calls from all over the West these past few week, seems to be a lot of interest this year, Hoping the economy doesnt put to much of a squash on it !! On a bright note, we're just about SOLD OUT for display space, still have room in the swap meet area'sl , the big one is fianlly here ! All of us on the expo committee have put a lot of time and work into this expo this past year, It should be a great one !!

Blue gate opens at 6:30am on Sat.

One thing i saw on the web site is that we cant start sleds in the blue lot..really expect people to buy sleds without hearing them run?? See link..

I saw that too ? How the hell can you sell a sled without starting it ?

some info on the expo and blue parking lot

You cant start the sleds because it's a city of puyallup ordinance. It's technically not supposed to be used as a swap meet type venue. the fair is very strict on using their parking lot, sorry, not the expo's fault just stating the facts, You can buy a spot in side the fair and start them, also, No clubs running the outside lot in specific, just a bunch of vollunteers from many different clubs. Nobody out there gets paid to be there so go easy on them !! Also as stated in the rules web site above, Everything has to be removed on saturday night, nothing can be left in the blue lot, again City of Puyallups "Law"

Thanks for the explanation. So I guess you if have sleds to sell you need to be inside the fairgrounds to be able to start them, not the blue lot...correct?

There is camping out around the back side--go to the wssa website and call Vicki and get your camping reserved. We will be there friday afternoon for a full saturday!!

There has been some good advertising on the radio--I heard it advertised probabley 4 times last night--Good job!!
