Just thought I would pass along the info. on a new custom seat manufacturer. Took mine out for the first ride this last Saturday. Absolutely loved it. The model on my sled is a Mountain Assault plus II (+2" in height).

Sounds like Wasatch Recreational Products is producing custom Mountain Assault Seats, Mountain TUFF Running Boards and Mountain AIRE Vent Kits for the newer models of the Big 4 Manufactures.

Props to WRP for being so great to work with.

I think they're making seats for all the newer models. Mine was $329. I saw a set of boards too and they were way nice.

i think you'd sell alot of seats if you made an edge chassis seat for that price soo many people are looking for boss seats i think it'd be smart to offer parts for older sleds too

Yes we will have a seat out for the EDGE chasis with a storage compartment. The Aluminum mold is being built as we speak. The release date for the Edge is June 8th 2009.

As for the 1M sled it will under go a major overhaul and design change I hope that it has more of an appearance somewhat like the Dragon or the XP seat. I hope to go into production with this seat in August of 2009.

No the Seats on the dragons are about the same width. Unless you go with the Lowrider Version it is slighlty wider at the saddle.

glad to hear theres a m series in the works, The boss on my new 09 m8 is nice but the chessy zippers pisses me off. I got many buds with m sleds that want to upgrade as well.
