Nice product! I noticed it is installed now with rivets instead of bolts,
anyways, you guys wrapping the electrical plug in tape to keep the snow off it? Just wondering if it was ok to leave it exposed to the elements??

I installed the Canada parts gauge lifter pretty much same setup and i didnt tape connector and no issues so far with moisture.
