Dislocated shoulder, sprained ligaments, tore rib muscles, pulled neck muscles. sooo lucky. hit a stump on a climb, shot me off into the trees wide open. not sure why i didnt let off, but **** up a tree 10ft, sled came over backwards and body slammed me. completely buried me and pinned me under sled until help came. not gonna lie....scariest thing being buried.....

over 9ft of snow fell in 2 weeks. it was so deep. its what saved me. if there were a stump or no snow, i may not being typing right now.

the drugs are goooood...........

sleds ok....lol

You got a smile on your face, quite the list of injuries, glad your ok. I've been slammed a few times like that, one was a 1404 and my head was right next to the exhaust..thank God that beast was carbed and sputtered to a stop after a few seconds.....lost some equilibrium on that one.
I hate how video doesn't show the steepness to hills....looks like we are on flat ground most of the time.

Big props for never letting go. I thought you had that tree...all the way up until...you hit that tree.

All of those hurt, but rib injuries suck. It's hard to get comfortable sleeping or sitting. And wait until it gets cold. You will always feel them. The muscle grows back tight.

Dang. That made me anxious just watching you digging the snow off your helmet.

I had a wreck a few weeks ago where a trail on the side of a hill collapsed and my sled rolled and pinned my leg and my head was down in the snow with my body oriented downhill- that was scary enough. Can't imagine having the entire sled on top of me.

Yikes!

Gotta love how EFI sleds will run upside down.... at the same time, you gotta hate how EFI sleds will run upside down

Glad you're ok and taking it in stride!:beer;

Cool video... I have the t-shirt for that too... btw your video may end up on some anti snowmobile Web site as an example of the damge we do to the forest... your video may be used to get money to stop our off road use of snowmobiles in the NF... big push on that right now to end the "snowmobile exception"... as I said been there done that... just suggeting don't give the guys that are trying to make us stay on the road any ammo... just saying

:focus:

Damn.... 9 feet of snow and you still hit stumps? How big are the loggers up there?:face-icon-small-hap

lol..wasnt 9 ft everywhere...
there were some NASTY stumps on that hill. heres some proof same hill, same day:

wasnt the brightest moments for me...but when u only have a half sec or so..."when in doubt, throttle out"...lmao

You need a Cordless Teth-Air. It would have shut you down when you buried the transmitter. I hate getting pinned and have to suck in the exhaust, especially when the motor is screaming. LOL

Would it have shut the sled down? He was under the sled but still close to it. I thought you had to be away from the sled so many feet before your system would shut the sled off.
