Yesterday the last of the actual hardware was installed so the site had to be shut down for 2 hours while everything was buttoned up. That was the last time I can recall seeing that error personally.

Yes, they were doing some work on the site that could have caused that error to pop up around that time yesterday. If you see it again today, let us know so we can track when these are happening.

Curious why all database maintenance is not announced prior to doing so. Our business runs maintenance once a month on the client servers, usually on a Wednesday between 4-6pm MST. We give them a week's notice. Doesn't seem too difficult to do something similar here especially since you all are expecting people to start paying to use the site soon.
