Worth coming to Bachelor area this weekend?

Hello. A buddy and I are needing a fix and want to break the new sleds in. Is there enough coverage for a day or two of riding near Mt. Bachelor/Elk Lake area?We are planning for this Friday and Saturday.

Any thought would be appreciated and we are not expecting powder, we just want to ride. We are coming from Redding, CA.

There is decent coverage. Been sunny the last few days and nothing but sun in the forecast. We have about 3' at Bachelor currently, the sun has settled the snow and made it into a very nice base. If your not able to ride locally I'd say it's worth the drive...

From what i've seen there has been no grooming yet just FYI if that's your thing.

Thanks twostroke. We would prefer 3' of fresh with zero grooming. But as addict we are willing to take what we can get for a fix.

We have been thinking about it, but we just got some new snow over at Anthony Lakes too (couple of inches, riding was good last weekend too), so we may just go around here.
