Worst thing found in your pack at beginning of the season?

What has everyone found in there backpacks so far from last year? Dug mine out the other day and started throwing the contents on the floor and found half a sandwich that looked like it came from WWII. And I found 5 bucks! You guys find any buried treasures?

Never leave anything in my backpack i use for riding because i use it for school as well but things left in my hunting backpack get nasty. Paper towel wrapped around the knife I used to gut my last deer, still not cleaned, and a quarter full thermos of year old hot chocolate... a wiff of that will put some hair on the kahonies.

I opened mine recently...Forgot to take out the camelback and it was filled with mold Then a little more digging and found a zip-lok bag of last years deer jerky Other than that, just found some wool socks that I was missing.

A buddy of mine found a year old Hygard sub in the back of his ZX seat!!! The sad part is it still looked edible!!! Mine should be good as I went through everything before I put my gear away.

well i cant relly tell what it is but i think. i may involve a sandwich,chips, mold and some more mold. nasty want to burn my pack now.

got my feet wet last ride and changed my socks out with my spares. guess where i put the wet, sweaty ones i took off? you guessed it. been festering in my boiler room all year. smelt real ripe

one year i fould an exploded pack of once wet trail mix in one of the small pockets. what a mess.
