Rode all day. Got home and couldn't fire the sled up to pull it off the trailer. Checked plugs, no spark. Any ideas? Checked ECU harness and all was fine.

Letting it thaw out for now but its actually pretty warm out so I'm doubting I'm going to see an improvement in the morning.

Key, kill switch, try it with the tether unplugged (if one exists), try giving it a little throttle. Other than that...it's most likely one connection or another for it to be fine and then just not start. Start drying them out and see how you do.

I've had mine start and die right away and then Not want to fire again twice. First time pulled plugs everything seamed to be working. Second time I gave full throttle right away and it fired but didn't want to idle. Had to feather the throttle till it warmed up then it was fine. Both were in -5 or so mornings.

I have seen the micro switches in the throttle do that as well. Make sure they are thawed out.

Unplug the hood harness & see if it will start. Seen few that have had pin fit issues at that location & it causes a no start.

A couple weeks ago a buddies sled started and died on the first pull, then nothing after that. we unplugged the hood, tether cord, check several connections then decided to check for spark and we had spark. pulled the plugs and it was flooded big time. swap out plugs, hold throttle wide open and it started. Eric

I had a identical problem, my tps was out and was causing eratic starting and ideling.

I've seen this on a couple sleds including mine. I think it is one of a few items.

- TPS (as snobyrd stated)
- Ice issues - strange but seems to happen from time to time
- temp changes - I'm still convinced that coming from cold temps (say around 10 F) and coming home to around 40 F, that the ECM has to adjust. So sometimes the sled runs strange, boggy or otherwise. Always works itself out though.

Are you coving the sled on the trailer? Its a far to common occurrence for people to run with no cover and load their wiring with water/slush on open deck trailers and then not have their sled start.

Started next morning first pull.

It was on a trailer in warmish conditions (30 degs) for about an hour and a half driving back from a big ride. Something got water in it. Concerning but glad its nothing huge!

look at the conection in the pocket where the belt cover. water enter and made ecu go crazy
:spider:

Happened again. Turns out it was the plug from the hand warmer/display control/headlight control that was throwing everything off. Unplugged an 100% fine.

Same thing happened to the axys in our group saturday. Buddy fired it up pulled it out of the trailer shut it off to finish getting ready and wouldn't start again. We stripped that thing checking every connection we could find and in the end pulled the plugs and they were soaked. New plugs held it wide open and it started, took a few laps around the lot to clean it out and it was fine the rest of the day.
