Attached is a link about the Wenatchee Mountains Coalition's plans to get non-motorized specific areas. The important thing is they attach the email address to the local forest supervisor. I recommend everyone reads this and sends an email. The Forest Service needs to hear the "other" side or it will be an easy ruling for them. Keep in mind that your emails should not be mean spirited or it will hurt our cause.
