My Reima premier bibs were letting me get wet. Scott now owns Reima adn they would not return any emails, so I sent one to Gore-Tex themselves. Sent my 3.5 year old bibs in and waited less than a week. They called, said bibs would be replaced, no charge. They could not get the same brand/style, so they said to go shopping for new bibs so I could ask for the style/size I needed. Stopped in @ the KLIM dealer, found some Extreme bibs and called them Monday. They said new bibs would be coming. Thursday night, I get home from a ride and the new KLIM bibs are waiting for me.
Now, I will never buy sledding apparale without Gore-Tex. I expect that KLIM actually just sends their leaky bibs they take back to them also and it really is Gore-Tex standing behind the waterproofness warranty.
