wiring not right on 2013 * need pic*

anyone with there hood off willing to post or e mail a pic? took the hood off my 2013 to install a tether . the wire routing going back to the console seems not quit right. its running in front of the steering post then back. seems as it should run to the right then back behind. there is a dart style wire holder that looks as if it should attach to the chassis somewhere by the hood plug. cant find the hole it goes into. (story of my life). there is a oil line sticker on the clutch cover. my thinking is dealer did a update and the harness was moved and not put back properly. any help would be great . thanx

Just do what ever seems right just move the handle bars back and forth make sure nothing rubs. The factory or the dealer probably messed up. I've forund if it looks wrong it probably is.

Just guessing, but is that unplugged nub perhaps what would normally plug into electric start if so equipped? Poo has been leaving that open wire for years...

Its a push dart with a loom holder on it. Looks like it should be in a chassis hole. A pic to verify routing would be helpfull. No dealer close to go take a peek.

I'll post a few I had and hope it helps you. The hood is back on and the sled is in the trailer so I can't get you anything specific.

the push dart with the loom holder that you are speaking of was also uninstalled on my 13. I couldnt find a place for it to go so i just removed it.

i thought maybe the dart was left over 2012 and just layed there.

on my sled the console switch wires are ran in front of and to the clutch side of the steering post. I also ran the wires for my tether that way.
