Wire colors to coils

So on my '08 800 Dragon the wires going to the plugs for the coils are a "brownish" orange color and white on one and black and white on the other. The wiring diagram in the service manual shows white and brown going to the mag coil and orange and white going to the pto coil? How do I know if I'm hooking my coils up correctly?
