Winter storage question.

So I just bought a 2022 Khaos Matryx 155 in amazing condition. I am a stickler for taking care of my toys and I do not have heated storage. Should I be worried about keeping my sled outside during the winter months? I do have a good quality cover but it just worries me to have it sitting out in below zero weather. I have never had a problem with previous sleds but would like to take extra care of this one lol.

It's a snowmobile. Winter is its home. I wouldn't store it outside the rest of the year though.
Right, and I have storage for after the riding season. Just always see people post before they sell a sled saying it was always thawed out in a heated unit after every ride and just was worried that it is hard on some parts leaving it out. I knock the snow and ice off before and after if there is any built up under the tunnel ect.... Pre ride and post ride inspections as well.

Yeah, you're not going to hurt anything leaving it outside. The main advantage if bringing it inside is getting rid of ice buildup - thawing it is the only way to get rid of it all. It also makes it easier to grease the suspension, and if some water gets in there, it's probably not going to push out if it's frozen. If it gets warm enough where it's parked (especially if you make a point to park it in the sun), the ice will probably melt there too. Thawing it out after every ride is a "nice to have." I bet mine has 10-20lbs of ice that builds up in the tunnel where I can't get to it, but on the other hand, it comes right back if the conditions are right.
