Wilwood Master Cylinder to Polaris Caliper???

I am putting a Wilwood master cylinder on my Polaris and am having problems finding a line that will work. I need to go at least 38" long if not 40", preferably braided. I am really having problems with the ends. The braided line that is currently on the sled started leaking between the line and the caliper end. It is tight, it is just between the end and the line. The Polaris cable uses 1/8 pipe thread and the Wilwood master cylinder uses 3/16.

I have a Polaris line and I picked up an 8" steel line with the Wilwood fitting. The problem is between the steel line and the Polaris line. The only fitting I have found does not seat on the Polaris line, it just screws on and has a good space between it and the line. I will use teflon tape, but it will most likely leak.

Does anyone make a braided line that will work between a Polaris caliper and a Wilwood master cylinder? Any idea where I could get one made?

EVCO house of hose should be able to fix you up with either a line or adapter fittings.

If you have a Harley shop around or someone who deals with Parts Unlimited they carry Russel S/S lines in all different lengths. They have a whole selection of ends to fit most any need. I use them to make up custom lines on bikes all the time, and they work.
