Will this Polaris riser fit stock rmk 800 pro steering post?

this is Polaris product, some websites says it fits, some says it won't, I am confused. I want to use this with a flatbar, don't want pivoting style risers I will feel better with this neat and stable riser.

It should fit... all all the IQ's required a 3.125" wide block...all have 7/8" dia bars.

The PRO RMK's have the same width riser.

I much prefer a block style riser, compared to individual "Fly" style risers on the narrow post-tops on Polaris when you run over a 4".

Also, powermad has risers that will fit your sled in 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 inch tall models.

I am confused why these are called pivoting risers? I thought pivoting risers are the risers adjustable front to back?

A pivot riser mounts to a round "T-Post" top tube on the steering post and not a flat plate on top of the steering post as Diamond Dave said.

Riser question

Appears to be the same as the one I installed on my '12 PRO. I stand 6-2" and wanted just enough riser so I didn't have to hunch over when standing straight.

I have the same "IQ series riser" here and No the holes do not line up. It would / will fit the Rush style "T" top post but it will not fit the RMK style flat top post, even if you tried to re-drill the bolt pattern in the RMK style flat plate the holes would intersect the edge of the plate on the flat top post and will be very weak. The only way to make that riser work is to make the RMK post a "T" top style whether you bolt that on or weld a "T" on instead of the flat plate.


The people that claimed it would work obviously did not have the parts in hand or are just plain delusional.

I read it 800 RMK pro chassis.

Do you have the PRO RMK with Plate on top...or an 800 RMK with the Tube ("t-top") post?

With the plate... I really dont like to go with a tall riser and flat bars UNLESS you also run a pivot adapter on the plate... too much leverage on the steering post and support when you crash or roll.
