Thanks guys for the replies! Ordered one up this morning and going to install it on Friday. One more question...

How many turns out on the wastegate actuator rod to run it at 10lbs? It is currently setup @ 15lbs. I want the wastegate at the minimum and then have the ability to increase from there with the MBC.




Nytro w/ MCX kit.

Will this boost controller work w/o any other modifications? If so, can I mount right next to wastegate to avoid issues with having too long of a hose?

Come on...you peeps out there with MCX kits, what boost controller are you using? I know Darko is using a turbosmart, but which one? Any help would be great, going to buy one in the morning.

I have seen this one used before. Should work fine.

That will work just fine. Looks like that is the new version of their "boost tee". You will want to take it apart though and remove the ball and spring. If you don't there will probably be an "occasion" where you will overboost. The older versions balls would stick to their seats and cause an overboost situation. Removing the ball and spring did not seem to affect the spoolup time.

Same one i have been using on a turbo apex i have been tunning. Seems to work well so far and havent had any problems with it. Its on a boondocker turbo but that doesnt really matter.

I use a turboxs 2 stage controller. I have the high boost mode tied into my knock sensor. It'll kick it down 2 psi if it sees any knock.
