I'm sure you could tool around on the roads, but I wouldn't try going off trail...

Im usually all for going no matter what, but reports are that its rock hard snow everywhere since the rain. :(

I love to ride and trail riding at night is about the only trail riding that I enjoy. That being said some buddy's and I went up to green water to break in the belt on my pro last night and the conditions were the same every where. Rock hard and rutted out from the late season 4x4's. A few sleds had some overheating problems a few times. We still had fun with the almost full moon and great visibility but that had to be the worst snow that I have ever been on. We were out last Sunday and it was really good. I'm not going back out until we get more soft white fluffy stuff.

I think the rain level was up at 9000+ feet, so odds are all the snow is going to be crappy. Baker would probably be the best bet. Im debating using the hard snow to explore some places I've been looking at on Google Earth. At least with the hard snow you'll be riding on top of it, thus reducing the chance of smashing a rock or stump hiding under the snow......
