Will the PIDD Power up kit power the standard message center and the 12v plug?

I have the standard, NON-PIDD message center,the Polaris 12v power receptacle and no electric start. With the PIDD power up kit, will there be power supplied to the message center and by chance the 12v plug when the key is turned? Or is it only used to power the PIDD?

Also, does the power up kit also provide charging for the battery while the engine is running?

For future reference if anyone happens to search this post, the standard message center and 12v plug do not receive power when the key is turned on with the PIDD power up kit. Also, the battery does charge when the sled is running.
