Why the Obama Admin will implode in weeks...

My prediction (about as accurate as any in washington).
They will pass a medical reform bill. It won't do anything and won't mean anything but it will give them something to crow about.
The cap and trade deal is dead.
Amnesty won't happen (to many people out of work).
The dems are going to pump money into the system in a vain attempt to prop it up only to watch it crash and crash hard. You need 6 months worth of cash on hand just in case.
I don't see the US breaking up unless there is all out civil war (which is possible). Bo is so full of himself he may try to start a civil war just to maintain the cource he started.

Inflation will start kicking in around december and will be close to what it was during the carter years (interest rates of 11 - 13%, cost of everything will be up 20 - 50 %).

Unemployment will be around 10% for the next couple years and not drop below 8% for the next 5 years unless they get the illegals out of the country.

The dollar is done as the worlds trading currency. The dollar was used because it was stable, the last 4 administrations have killed that.

The EURO will become the new world currency. The dollar will decline big time when that happens.

There is an upside to all this.

US goods will become much cheaper overseas and exports will go thru the roof. Imports will drop as they will become too expensive to buy.

America will turn back to what made it great. Personal responcibility, hard work and dedication.

You will see more blue collar jobs opening up as more manufaturing come back to the US since it will be cheaper to build and sell it here than build it overseas and ship it in.

Politics as we currently know it will be dead. Both Dems and republicans will have to change their views of the country and the world or we will have to change it for them.

The states will begin to take back what the feds stole in the way of federal mandates, unconstitutional programs and unconstitutional laws.

We are in for a turbulent few years, but if we can keep the liberals and marxist from continuing, we can recover.

I sure hope you are right Ollie! It sure doesn't look to good right now.

Obama is not my President.... I can't even stand to look at or listen to him.
I still can't believe how many people continue to believe in him. He is a lying cheating, stealing, bas%&@rd. He has his own personal gains at heart, not Americas well being.:mad:

Don't get me wrong.
It's gonna be BAD.
Think about how many millions of americans rely soley on the federal government for everything from food to shelter.
When the dollar tanks, inflation takes off, the social programs are going to crash bigtime.
They don't dare cut the military at that point, trust me, the last group you want mad and ready to revolt in a crisis is the guys with the big guns.
That will leave all the bleeding hearts out there calling for everyone that has anything to give it up for the poor people that created their own living ^ell.
Violance in this country is going to steadily go up as frustration and anger continue to grow. When the chit hits the fan, those that rely on the feds will turn to crime to try and support themselves.

guess I'm screwed, all my cash on hand was spent on the move to AK...

oh well, hopefully my job keeps steady up here.

Ollie have you been reading Bloomberg?

How do you suppose this will affect the powersports industries??

How do you suppose this will affect the powersports industries??
Who gives two ch*ts about powersports? If it comes right down to it I'll trade my sled for a loaf of bread (if its even worth that much after the collapse) just to survive. I am guilty of this as well, but todays "average" citizen needs to learn what the difference between a luxury and a necessity is.

wow, that is just scary.
I hadn't read that.
I have been watching the talking heads and reading the lib blogs.
2 + 2 = 4.
Simple as that.

Powersports will tank.
Lugery items will not be selling.
People are currently building savings up to try and weather the coming financial storm.

I do think the politicians are starting to see the writing on the wall. It is just a case of if we can get enough dems to turn on their own party fast enough to stop the slide. We can stop the freight train, but we have to do it FAST. Like in the next couple months.

As for a universal currency, I see it happening and the US dollar isn't going to even be a contender.

I understand that the luxury sales tank..... but people will still want to keep what they have running.
You won't be able to trade for a "loaf of bread" because most will be in the same boat.
So would it be a total "Mad Max" world??

I am not a BO fan. However i have to ask. What exactly has he lied about while being president? I mean exactly, no genalizations but what exactly has he lied about? I am curious, the articles don't seem to have any quotes that are lies.

Have you been reading the WallStreet Journal?????

Federal Reserve and Treasury officials are scrambling to prevent the commercial-real-estate sector from delivering a roundhouse punch to the U.S. economy just as it struggles to get up off the mat.

Their efforts could be undermined by a surge in foreclosures of commercial property carrying mortgages that were packaged and sold by Wall Street as bonds. Similar mortgage-backed securities created out of home loans played a big role in undoing that sector and triggering the global economic recession. Now the $700 billion of commercial-mortgage-backed securities outstanding are being tested for the first time by a massive downturn, and the outcome so far hasn't been pretty

So, are you guys suggesting that a Entitlement/Welfare/Service Industry based economy, isn't sustainable? Ahh, where's that guy that argued with me before the election, about how Obama was our savior?

The Russian guy is an idiot. He's been trying to suggest this country into ruin, ever since his went south.

Yes bad times are coming, or are already here. And, the idiots we can blame are the lazy azzes that voted Obama in, because he was gonna get the man. Tax all those 250K people, get you dignity at the hospital, get you another stupid (thank you Bush your idiot, for starting this) stimulus check.

So, which wilderness areas are we going to start logging, and shipping the logs to China? There's some big trees in the Frank Church. Should be worth a lot of jobs. I think it's time to start a new organization, frack nature, we need jobs. I so freaking tired of listening to people's feelings, I could barf.

Note to self, time to buy bullet proof vest, and some better guns.

Oh I agree with you about the nut job russian. he has predicted the downfall of every western power for 15 years.
I don't see the US breaking up into different countries. That's absurd.
I do see an awakening of sorts.
The american people are just now starting to wake up and say "what the fug happened?".
By this time next year the entitlement programs will be ground zero for discussion of where to make the cuts and how to get the country back on a sound foundation.
The anti-logging/anti-industrial crowd are in for a rough time by the 2012 election cycle.
There are millions out of work right now that can't find work. There are millions more that have jobs that pay 1/2 to 1/3 of what the jobs they held just 4 years ago paid and they want to know what happened. The unemployment numbers don't even come close to showing just how bad the job market really is.
When bo and the leading dems start their push for amnesty later this year or early next the chit will hit the fan big time. The dems want to push amnesty so they can get the latino vote in the 2010 midterm elections (they know they will need it bad). So stand by, you think the whole thing with socialized medicine is loud and turning ugly, wait till amnesty comes up.

The 2008 elections weren't so much about electing bo as it was trying to get a politician that would and could keep his word on fiscal policy and openess in government. Both of which bo promised and both of which bo has renigged on. According to the talking heads that is the number one reason his poll numbers are crashing. The independents are the ones that pushed bo over the top and put him there and his popularity with that group has seriously tanked, it is down to something like 30% from the 75% he had in Jan.
