Why is it when people ask about a certain sled how it is doing, and people respond with there findings People are upset? I guess i don't get it either way ,we had problems or not it upsets people. Why? I said something in the pro section and People are pissy about it ? Some people have had issues some have not . Why not leave it at that ,but for some reason if some one had troubles there not telling the truth to these people. Do you really think that these sleds all run with no issues ,if so your wrong. They all have issues of some sort accept it. Are people really working for or against a certain sled? I doubt it. People start threads to learn what's happening out there, its the only info they can get, People say whats happening and others get mad because they said it, Why? Are you really that bias? I'm sorry but i really do not get it.It seems like there is this group of people out there that always think there is no problem with a paticular model or brand of sled and try there hardest to discredit people that have had troubles. why? Are they paid or work for the company and have something to gain by doing so?I doubt they are but there must be some motivation for it .What is it?

I never have any problems with my sleds, they basically run on rainbows and happy thoughts so it really doesn't matter what brand I ride. Minus constantly breaking trailing arms/radius rods on my old polaris, cranks in my Rev and, well so far my M1000 has been pretty good to me but I'm sure it will figure something out to screw me over in the middle of no where...Welcome to snowmobiling. I think a lot of the time people are just too proud or in denial about issues that are going on and don't want to admit it. Fact of the matter is, this is a great place to post problems and cures, you just have to sort through all the BS.

It is called Brand Loyalty. I am sure there is some psychological reason for it, but it baffles me. It is prevalent in every segment of the market. The part that really gets me is that it is a complete luxury item for 99 percent of the snowmobiling public. Wouldn't you want whatever works best for YOUR personal preference, whomever the maker may be? I really wanted to buy a certain sled this year, but after I rode it I didn't feel like it was what suited me best. If it was feasible I think it would be awesome to "jump ship" every year. That would indicate that all the manufacturers are outdoing one another every year. Seems to be particularly bad this year though...Maybe lack of snow has people on edge.

better question

When your trying to sell something at a swap show why is the first question "how fast does that one go?" Oh man if I had a dollar...
