Shut down for 2 weeks. Well not for my bro and I We will be here for a few days next week to clean up a few jobs

This is why I got rid of my employees! I end up working all the time anyway why should they get the the money and the time off! look at the bright side without all the people there it will be sorta like a vacation!

How has Bis been for you?? We are haveing a Great year so far ( out of control busy from Feb up till 1 week ago ), 20% ahead of last year and on pace to have our best year ever sales wise. I hope the rest of the year stay's good. Only 5 months to go.

Thats the case no matter what small business it is. I always hated it when the guys who had been working there two or three years would ask me questions they should have learned the answers to the first year they worked there.

This is the worst year in my companies history! 40% off from last year! The last guy I had acted surprised that I fired him when he had taken too long to finish a job by half , screwed it up and wanted his check so he could leave early!

That is when I decided to just keep it just me and my dad. If I am going to end up working everyday I want to get the extra $$$. There are no good machinists around here to hire anyway!Things are picking up latley and not having to fix other peoples mistakes is making a difference in the bottom line.

If it wasn't for employees and customers i'd still be be working. I sold my business 10 years ago right before Bush F'ed it all up. Now it's snowmobiling in the winter and mowing grass in the summer. Only problem this year was we had to ride intil mid july
