The chance is very high right now that I will be seliing my Ski-Doo and switching over to Cat. As much as I love my Summit, one day on the new 2010 M8 was all it took for me to realize that it is one unbelievable machine. Here's my problem. IMHO, dealers are good for the original purchase of the snowmobile, but their overall knowledge of getting top performance out of the vehicle is lacking. That is why for the past 4 years Big John has been the person I have gone to whenever I have had a question or needed parts or anything to get the most out of my snowmobile. If I was going to stick with Ski-Doo, he would be the reason. It wouldn't be their sled or dealer service as the XP hasn't really impressed me and the dealers are absolutely terrible in this part of MN. So who do Cat guys go to for clutching questions and performance parts and serivce? Who is the Big John for Arctic Cat riders?
