Looks like this is turning into a quite a get together.
I better start charging the camera and helmet cam now. I'm guessing there is going to be some epic pictures and video displayed tomorrow.

Wow - sounds like quite a few folks going tomorrow.
I've picked up a few extra riders myself. I'm in a dirty gold '02 Dodge, mis-matched canopy and a 4 place enclosed. We'll be on a red D7, a white RMK 600, a black Ski Doo 800, and maybe even an Apex in the bunch. Hope to say hello and see some new country.

I'd love to join you guys closer to noon, does anyone know if theres cell signal up gold cr.?
Would try for nine but going from west seattle to ellensburg and back to buy a sled. (totalled mine day after xmas) only has 500 miles on it so i wanted to stop at the pass and try it out. Let me know if theres someone in the group i can try to text when i get up there...

I gotta do a short break in ride close to Cle Elum tomorrow (have plans for later in the day).....If you don't hook up with this group, call my cell. I'll PM the #.......

killer ride today at GC! fun meeting everyone and riding with some new folks.. we had 2 big groups of snowesters i think.. anyways.. good times..

left my SD card in my laptop, figured that out when i went to take a couple pics.. still had the video camera though so i'll pull something together soon and post up later.

It was a great day to ride. Thanks to RMK2112 and Big T for showing us around. We met several others on the hill that posted on this thread, I tried to keep track but we rode with quite a few different folks. Let's see - jer, CascadeMK, mtnmax97, who did I miss? We found some untracked snow here and there and had a great time. I'll have to admit I spent a lot of time upside down but at least I was there - on a Wednesday!
I'll try to get some help posting a few pics but I'll have to warn everyone they are mostly of my track.

Ummm, Smitty5.9. We told you over and over again...The track point downwards towards the white stuff, not towards the sky
Sorry if I stretched some comfort zones, but some of those places were too good to pass up, AND....... you haven't even been on the backside of the tower towards Baker Lake and Super Bowl. Thats for next ride!!

rmk2112-don't worry we took care of the bowls snow wasn't bad for the conditions this year that was "epic"another 3-4 feet and it will be real good it looks like some colder weather moisture is coming in next week

dang! i should of read this thread. I snuck out of the office at 11:30 today and we were at GC by 1:30. Dress pants to Klim gear in 2 hours! Not bad. Man, i couldn't believe how many guys were up there riding today (opps, i saw one gal too!). Pretty good times for Wednesday!

It was great meeting you guys! Thanks for absorbing my buddy and i! lol Sorry we were stuckers! Hey Smitty5.9, I did a very similar thing as you after we parted from ya...I was sidehillin next to the trail and got goofed up by a couple deep tracks. Only i didnt find my way into some trees...I got bucked off and sled went for its own ride for about 300' down into the canyon! Ha! All parties involved turned out just fine tho!

Great group of guys and I look forward to riding with yas again!
