Whos got the lowest price of any Pro-RMK's?

I guess the midwesterns are really the flatlanders. We do have mountains that are over 5000 feet. Hell Mt Washington is 6200 but there is no riding around it.

i'm a flat lander we have not hills let alone mountains and all we have for sleds around here are mountain sleds, i never ride here i wouldn't buy a sled intending on riding here, i load it up and head west 4 or 5 times a winter.

wow that really sucks... i just paid 10,600 for the basic rmk, i got a can, 2nd year warranty, and belt thrown in but i thought i did good till this thread... even rexburg wouldnt go that low.. guess i was lookin in the wrong part of idaho

I paid $10,200 out the door for a Pro RMK 800 that someone snowchecked, bought and backed out on two weeks later. I did not pay tax or license thru the dealer and have a 200 mile break in service included as well as set up for my weight and elevation. Thank you Tri City, very impressed so far as this is my first Poo.

thats a good deal!

I thought I had a PRO bought today but every fricking dealership in the area wants to play games and jack the price up $1500 once its all said and done. Oh well maybe I will get one next year.

I am not sure where your at in MI, but try the hitching post in South St Paul Mn.

They gave me a price of 10,300 about a month ago... and Tousley motorsports Who.. is a so so dealer said they would price match the post, had a 155" on the floor the other day that I was in there.

I went with a 163" and had to go thru a bunch o hoops for it.

I found a dealer in the Eastern UP that had a 163" but the sales guy was messing with the price, I decided not to buy from him.

I didn't know Polaris made an Assault RMK, what is the difference between a reg. RMK and Assault RMK? Thanks

These are the diffs between the Pro-RMK and the Assault. There is another thread around here with the diffs between the regular RMK and Pro-RMK.

- Remote reservoir adjustable shocks
- 2.125" track (versus 2.4") that is stiffer for hillclimbing
- 15# heavier than Pro-RMK
- Wider ski stance by 2.5"
- Apparently more reinforcement in some areas to be more rugged
- Color scheme

do you know where the reinforcements are? i know the 09/10 had rail supports but the new ones i seen in the dealership looked to have identical rails, and no other different as far as appearance on the structural part. i was wondering myself, where they beefed them up if they did.

I've never heard specifics. Polaris just touts it as more rugged ("built for big drops and jumping") and since it weighs more I assume it is reinforced. I may be wrong. Some of the extra weight comes from the stiffer track and heavier shocks/springs, but that doesn't account for all 15#.

I just got a 163 from a dealership in Western UP. Picking up tomorrow morning. Also had to go through loopholes. Cant believe how hard it is to get one of these things

M&M Lawn and Leisure is the place to buy sleds! Out of Rushford, MN. They are the number one snowmobile dealership in north america! They take care of their customers! Every time i have gone to buy a sled they have beat all the other dealers prices.

I am surprised no one has posted an actual measurement, but my guess is the Assault track is 10-12#'s heavier. Maybe a pound for the a-arms, then a pound or two for the shock. All that extra material on the track adds up over 155".
