planning on a trip nov. 21st where should i go thinkin maybe cooke city, bighorns, big sky, or lincoln, who has the most snow

Black Hills in S.D.

The Black Hills has the best snow that I have heard of. You might want to consider South Dakota.... it depends on who gets snow in the next few days/weeks.
