Who's built flat beds for their trucks?

I'm going to flat bed my truck this summer so I can haul two sleds. Looking for some ideas and pictures of what others have done. I want to have the flat bed be the width of the cab and only about 6.5 ft. long(same as my bed now) but with 12" sides all the way around that can fold down when hauling the sleds. If I had 12" tall sides along with a 12" tailgate it would make the flatbed 96" wide and about 92" long when all 3 sides were folded down.

Should be simple to design & build.
Sounds like a fun project.
Here's one I just finished for a bobtail......

Thats looks pretty good, good job. My buddy build a pretty basic flat bed but works with two sleds and looks nice, I was thinking i wish I what good with a welder I could do one...

I built one out of a 78 Ford F100. It was all steele but worked extrememly well!

Im currently thinking about making one out of this:

I'm currently researching the exact same set up. Hopefully it will only be a little more than the high end sled decks.

I've been also thowing the idea around of buying a premade flat bed and using an old tilt trailer (just the deck) and securing it on top of the flatbed.

Keep me posted please
