Who would do '09 ECU update again on M1000?

I have the '08-M1000 and have really been contemplating on getting the '09 ECU update to get my reverse (electronic) back after going with the BDX DD lite. My only fear is I have it pretty dialed in and don't really want to tune all over again. Is the '09 update really drastic in fuel addition/removal? Who that has HAD it done, would do it again? Not interested in speculation, only those with experience. Thanks!

overall, the map seems more efficient. the 08 map required added fuel on the bottom and mid to fight the dreaded bog, whereas mine was lean....

after the 09 flash, i had to remove the extra fuel and now run 0-0-2+....
i'd do it again, in the end i have less to tune....and yes i have the ddlite too, hated the stock dd case and mech reverse.
But getting reverse back is not on my list to do.....

I'd do it again. I put mine back to stock when I did the update, and it has ran so well that I sold the pipe and head and have just left it stock.

The drawback is you will have to do some slight retuning. The only guys that I have talked to that have been unhappy have had their sled dialed and then had to retune it for the update. Get a powercommander, and faggetaboutit!

I would have mine done again. I lost the bog I sometimes had at lower RPMs. I think the sled is snappier and more responsive. But all I have is a can on my sled as far as engine up grades.
