Who sells aftermarket tunnels for the pro? Easy to replace?

I got a bent tunnel and the stock one polaris wants 2600 for it? Also is it going to require special tools or can a decent mechanic replace it?

Thanks in advance
Aaron

how bad is it? a friend of mine folded his tunnel and took it to a body shop and they used the machine that pulls unibody cars back straight.

i dont know who made it before but a company made just the sides of the tunnel that rivet to the coolers. maybe cr racing???

You may want to check out van amburg, they have a hill climb tunnel for $1228

Kinda depends on where your tunnel is bent. Seems to be somewhat common on the pro's. I bent mine behind the secondary. AKSNOWRIDER on here, sells several different kits or a complete kit, if you just want to repair your old tunnel. I decided to go with a new tunnel, and went with VanAmburgs Boondock Kickup tunnel. Have to wait and see how it turns out. He does not re glue the tunnel back to the bulkhead, just does it the old fashioned way using rivets. Hasn't had a problem with them yet. This pic off of their website and is not my tunnel, just one like it.

The tunnel is bent right behind the footwell. Right at a bolt the holds part of the skid in. And if that PAR kit will work. Consider it sold. Brad I can send you some pictures.

On that Van Amburg is it super difficult to put on? Does the motor have to come out?

Thanks everone that's replied. Its close to snowing here and I m getting nervous about this.
