Didn't break anything, but I did manage to rearrange some sheet metal on the easy trail. I rolled back into a tree and mangled the tub rail a little.

Winter cant come soon enough. If we don't get some snow soon there might be time for another Moab trip...

Hey WSS, did you get another sled yet? The black beast is in my garage and has a bunch of shiny new parts....I'll have to take a pic and show ya. Lookin' good! CANT WAIT FOR SNOW! :D

Yeah, picked my new one up a few weeks ago, I'll get some pics tomorrow. Big 10-4 on the snow, I feel like a kid counting down the days till Christmas.

What all have you done to the sled? I'd be curious to see it, hope you're happy with it.

Indy is a fun trail, been running it for years. I need to get down there before sledding season kicks in.

So far: SLP Ceramic Pipe and Can, SLP AirHorn Intake w/ 3 dash mounted flowrites. Vented the shocktowers, Left hand throttle.

In the next week: Re-gear to 19-42, Re-Jet to 290/300 and re-clutch to match pipe/can/intake.

Oh, and of course the most important part, custom decals.

It's gonna rip. I can't wait! :D

Have you ran Indy yet?

No dice on Independence, haven't been able to talk my buddies into going. Definetly want to try, and definetly looks like I'll get a few more dents! I'm diggin that Brown CJ. I'm not a jeep guy but that thing looks sharp! I'd also like to try some of the trails around Montrose and Junction. Maybe I can jump in with you all next summer? I may have a little different rig by next spring if all goes as planned. Still wide and long but with a little more room for buddies....

I'm curious to see how the sled looks! Here's my new one.

I actually sold that jeep last summer. Been rockcrawling for about 15 yrs and got burnt out, the right price came along on the jeep and I was wanting to get back into sledding! so I went out and bought two sleds with that jeep money. I spent 10yrs building that jeep from bone stock. It was nice, but the one bad thing about it the frames are very weak on those cj's and it was starting to crack real bad. So I was happy to get rid of it.
