Who machines rails...cheap in the US?

I have a set of stock Apex 162" rails I need machined/lightened and then powder coated or anodized black....who can do this in a timely manner for a reasonable price....in the US? Shipping to Canada is horrible from Alaska.... Hook me up man really need someone to help a brotha out here!

Ice Age Mfg can make custom rails, I don't know if they'll customize the ones you already have. Can't hurt to ask though.

I bought some custom rails from them this year, shipping was $35 one way.
