Who is the best installer for turbos in SE Idaho

I am considering putting a PG turbo on my 10 M8. I live in SE Idaho and am wondering who would be the best installer and tuner for a turbo on that sled. I really am looking for someone that will be able to tune it so it is all pull an go. I don't have any particular preference for any kit I just want it to be set up right so I don't have to mess with it.

Good shops

There a lot of turbo guys who ever you pick make sure they are riders and they ride turbos as to understand all the important issues. The biggest think to a turbo kit is install. I love customer to bring sled in drop off and then when they come pick it up we go ride make sure they are happy and understand the ins and outs of the kit. When they leave they do not just load it up and drive off they know that it works. I do have customers do that but I have tested the sleds and made sure they are right. Turbo Install

I would Prefer Kevin At Mountain Magic Motorsports, I had him build a Turbo sled last year and I Pulled the Rope everytime and Rode the Sled....NEVER Had A Problem all winter long.....

I'm picking up a turboed sled from Kevin on Monday. They are a lot of money and I shopped pretty hard before making my decision. Like mentioned before, there are a lot of good shops within 300 miles. I received some great feedback from others on the forum that recommended Kevin's install. My only regret so far is buying this thing so early in the year! I can't wait to ride it! Well there are a few options for you in ID and UT. Boondockers is pretty close to you and I have there turbo setup on my RZR-S and every question I have had about it they have worked over the phone with me until I understood it and was happy with the results. I did do the RZR install myself and it was pretty painless. OVS in huntsville UT is another place i would reccomend, infact my sled is up there right now being updated to there box and fuel system. Travis and Garr were more than happy to talk to me until I was satisified with leaving my sled with them. As with anything ....research, research, research.....You will find good and bad info out there about just about anything if you dig. I like to talk directly with whoever it is I am looking into and make my own decisions. But that is just me.

I have owned 6 cat turbos and would highly recommend Kevin at Mountain Magic. He has worked on all the different kits so he knows them in depth and he rides them all himself. You won't be disappointed IMO

If he is too far south I think Racinstation also does good work

Another option is Budd Holt, he just moved to Firth and has installed many turbos on Cats, he is meticulous with all hoses and wires making sure they are not against any wear points, and is a good tuner.

X2 on what Kevin said. Budd knows how to make em run and look super clean when all is said and done. Just look at the build/install of Mini's sled. It was good enough to win top mod sled at the Boise snow show last year.

I Haven't bought a turbo cat yet, but I will say of all of the installers i've talked to, the only one that actually didn't act like i was wasting his time was Kevin Hubbard at Mountain Magic.

The thing i like about kevin, is that he's a no b.s. kinda guy. Does''t drink the coolaid, if something is crap, he'll say its crap. And he isn't afraid to try different things either. He's also very open about it. Not dilusional like some shops who won't admit any of the issues they face, they act like "there are no problems. just give us your money".

He also installs, wrenches and rides what he sells. Not just a "oh yeah this is the bestest ever just because it came to me in a box from some other shop and i really no nothing about it i just want your money" like most sales b.s. in this biz.

I called OVS one time, and needless to say they wouldn't give me the time of day. Which is fine. It must be nice to be able to turn business away.

Kevin likes to take the best products out there. Its a smart way to do it in my opinion. Needless to say, Should i build a Tcat, like i think i'm going to, Kevin will be getting my business.
